We are proud to say that almost all of the fruit and vegetables we use are locally grown. To be precise within half a mile of where we make it. We also benefit from local gardeners who donate their fruit and veg in exchange for our finished products. When seasonal produce is in short supply, we use local wholesalers who understand and are willing to help with our commitment to using Hampshire’s finest fruit and vegetables as much as is possible to ensure our quality is consistent.
